Big cleaning firms send whoever is free that day. We don't. It's the two of us at every job, so we learn how you like things done and you never have to explain it twice.
We're local to Highams Park, we bring all the cleaning products, and we photograph every room before we leave. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll fix it for free.

Which clean do I need?
Regular clean: weekly or fortnightly upkeep, priced by the hour. Deep clean: a one-off top-to-bottom clean, good for a first visit or a home that's been let go. End of tenancy: for moving out, done to the standard landlords and agents check against. Airbnb changeover: a full reset between guests.
Do I need to provide anything?
Just a working hoover and mop. We bring all the cleaning products and cloths. If you'd rather we used your own products, leave them out.
Do I need to be home?
No. Lots of people leave us a key or use a key safe.
What if I'm not happy?
Tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back and redo it for free.
What if I need to cancel?
It's free with 48 hours' notice. Later than that, we charge half the visit.
How do I pay?
By bank transfer after the clean, once you're happy with it.
Do you take rubbish away?
We bag it up and leave it in your own bins.
